Import site requests
Create one request per site from an Excel workbook with site details.

Send clients a checklist, collect their files through a private link, and track what is still missing. Your team can review submissions without searching through email threads.
MSYN Documents is in early access. Features depend on workspace access and setup.

Early access supports single-tenant PostgreSQL CRUD projects and requires API Designer workspace access. Custom workflows and JWT/OAuth generation are planned, not currently supported. Review files and validation reports before deployment; a downloadable bundle is not proof of a successful build.
Telecom site operations / Early access
MSYN also supports telecom teams coordinating site work with clients and field employees—from bulk request creation to file handoff.
Create one request per site from an Excel workbook with site details.
Assign sites to the responsible client or team member.
Recipients use their portal worklist or secure link to upload requested files.
Clients and employees can open their assigned worklist, upload site files, and send completed work back to the requester for review.
A request rarely ends with one email. Files arrive separately, follow-ups pile up, and someone has to work out what is still missing.
Documents arriving through WhatsApp, email, drives, and other channels
Repeated follow-ups for missing files
Unclear status across dozens or hundreds of clients
Documents submitted for the wrong period
Random filenames and inconsistent organization
Staff spending time downloading, renaming, sorting, and checking files
Early access
Set out what you need, give clients a place to send it, and keep each submission with its request. MSYN Documents helps your team see what is ready for review.
Create a structured checklist for exactly what you need from each client.
Give clients a simple secure link where they can upload requested files.
Know what has arrived, what is missing and what requires attention.
Keep outstanding requirements visible and simplify repetitive reminders.
Keep submissions connected to the right client, request and period.
Give your team one place to review incoming client documents.
Built for site teams
Clients can select a folder or upload files one at a time. MSYN matches recognized filenames to the site checklist, while duplicate and other files are kept as additional uploads for the team to review.

Recognized files map to requested items. Additional files retain their original filenames and appear in the request for review.
One workflow
Your team manages the request. Your client sees the checklist and a place to upload each file.
Select the client, period, due date and documents required.
Give your client one simple place to see requirements and upload files.
See received, missing and attention-required documents from your workspace.
Follow up on outstanding items and move the request toward completion.
Clients open a private request link, see the documents you need, and upload against each item. They can check what remains without creating an MSYN account.

How files are handled
MSYN Documents organizes collection around the client, request, and reporting period, so teams can see what arrived and what still needs attention.
Security and document handlingStep 01
Define the documents, reporting period and due date within your workspace permissions.
Step 02
Clients use a private request link. The backend checks supported filenames, sizes and file content.
Step 03
Authorized team members can review submissions and see recorded document activity.
HTTPS connections, workspace permissions and encrypted integration credentials protect the workflow. Read the controls and limits in our Security information.
We are exploring classification and period checks to flag submissions for closer review. These features are not available today.
