Cookies & Browser Storage Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
1. Cookies on the public website
MSYN does not use advertising cookies to build cross-site marketing profiles. Some pages include YouTube videos using its privacy-enhanced player. Loading or playing embedded content can send technical information to Google; the provider's own privacy and storage practices apply.
2. Browser storage in the application
The application uses an HTTP-only session cookie to restore your sign-in. In production, this cookie is marked Secure and uses the configured SameSite policy. The access token is kept in application memory rather than persistent browser storage. Short-lived cookies carry nonce or browser-binding information for Google sign-in and account connections. Browser storage may also retain interface preferences or setup progress. Clearing this information can sign you out or reset saved preferences.
3. Google and Meta connections
Google sign-in loads Google's identity service. Connecting Google Drive, Gmail or WhatsApp Business opens the relevant provider's authorization flow; WhatsApp also uses Meta's JavaScript SDK. These services may use cookies and browser information for login, security and authorization under their own policies. Connecting an account is separate from viewing the marketing website.
4. Essential operation and security
Session and authorization cookies support sign-in and protect account connection flows. MSYN does not provide an in-app switch for these essential cookies. You can block them in your browser, but sign-in or connected services may then stop working.
5. Managing browser storage
Use your browser settings to review, delete or block cookies and site storage. Browser controls vary, and settings for third-party content may differ from those for MSYN. Deleting session cookies will require you to sign in again.
6. Updates and contact
We update this page when our use of cookies or connected services changes. For questions, contact support@msyntech.com. For broader information on data protection, see our Privacy Policy.
