Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

About these terms. These terms cover the MSYN website, MSYN Documents and API Designer. A signed customer agreement may set additional or different terms for the services and data it covers.

1. About these terms

By creating an account or using MSYN, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept them on its behalf. Keep your account details private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspace administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate access to their team.

2. Early access & pilot programs

MSYN Documents and API Designer are offered in early access and may change. Available means a feature is implemented for eligible workspaces, subject to plan, permissions and required setup; it does not mean every workspace has access. Planned means a feature is not yet offered and has no promised release date. Applying for a pilot does not guarantee acceptance or access to planned features.

3. Subscriptions and fees

Applicable subscription fees and billing terms are presented in the service or a separate customer agreement before purchase. Any free trial or preview is subject to the terms presented when it is offered.

4. Software updates & roadmap

Available features, preview features and planned work are identified separately. Preview features may change, and a roadmap is not a commitment to deliver a feature by a particular date. Assess whether the current service meets your needs before relying on it for business-critical work.

5. Acceptable use

Use MSYN only for lawful purposes and for information you are authorized to handle. Do not attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, disrupt the service, misuse private request links, or infringe another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.

6. Document request handling

You are responsible for the authority, notices and permissions needed to collect client or employee files. Use the designated collection workflows, keep private request and download links confidential, and follow our Security and document handling information. Review the destination, retention requirements and provider terms before selecting any supported storage provider or submitting restricted information. New storage integrations may have different permissions, limits and terms; a roadmap entry does not make an integration available or grant it access to your account. Changing storage settings does not automatically move existing files. Where external document analysis or API Designer processing is enabled, confirm that you may share the selected content with the relevant providers. File checks do not replace your own review or make an uploaded document safe for every use.

7. Third-party integrations

If you connect a WhatsApp Business account or another third-party service, you authorize MSYN to access and process the information and files made available through the permissions you grant, solely to provide the integration features you choose. You must have authority to connect the account and share its information, and you must comply with the provider's terms and applicable law. Meta or another provider may require separate review, permissions, verification, or approval; we do not control or guarantee a provider's service or approval decisions.

The WhatsApp collection integration is for new supported document and image attachments delivered to the connected business number. It does not import personal WhatsApp accounts, historical chat history, or message text, and MSYN does not send WhatsApp messages through this collection feature. Disconnecting removes the saved connection from the MSYN workspace and stops future collection by MSYN; it does not delete files already collected or necessarily revoke authorization in Meta. To revoke provider-side access, use the provider's account settings.

8. Intellectual property

MSYN Tech retains its rights in the service, brand and software. You and the relevant rights holders retain rights in the content you submit. API Designer outputs may include generated code and third-party dependencies; review their licenses and notices before use. We do not promise that generated material is unique or free of third-party rights.

9. Review and professional responsibility

MSYN is software, not tax, legal, financial or compliance advice. Review collected documents and AI-generated work before relying on them. API Designer may make documented assumptions, and generated code can contain errors. A downloadable bundle does not mean it has compiled, passed every test or been approved for production. Check the validation report and run your own security, build and functional tests before deployment.

10. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes and will update the date above. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes. For questions about these terms or your agreement with MSYN, contact support@msyntech.com.
