Simplify first
Keep the next action clear: what to request, who needs to respond and what is ready to review.
About MSYN
We build tools for collecting client files, coordinating site requests and preparing API projects. Each product focuses on work that too often gets spread across messages, spreadsheets and folders.
Why we're building MSYN
Many business workflows still depend on disconnected emails, messages, spreadsheets, folders and repetitive manual follow-ups.
A file arrives in one place, its instructions in another, and its status lives with whoever last checked. Teams repeat the same questions.
MSYN keeps requests, submissions and progress together so the next person can pick up the work without reconstructing its history.
MSYN Documents brings client checklists, file submissions and request progress into a shared workspace.
Accounting firms can organize recurring client requests, while telecom teams can assign site work and collect field files. API Designer is a separate product for preparing source projects.

PlannedHow we think
Keep the next action clear: what to request, who needs to respond and what is ready to review.
Use templates, checklists and reminders for recurring work so teams do not have to rebuild the same process each time.
Use feedback from people sending requests, submitting files and reviewing results to decide what needs improvement.
Describe what each product does today, label planned features and make limitations visible before customers rely on them.
Our vision
Our priority is improving document collection, site workflows and API Designer. We use pilot feedback to decide where better checks, integrations or automation would save a team repeated effort. The areas below describe further work we are considering.
MSYN Documents and API Designer are in early access. Items marked Planned are not yet offered and have no promised release date.
